Stress
Stress is the mental and physical reaction to situation that are threating or challenging to and individuals. When we feel that everything seems to have become too much, we are overloaded and wonder whether we really can cope with the pressures placed upon us. Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. Stress can either good or bad. Good stress give good impact to someone it happens when want to achieve something positive. Bad stress is when the stresses undermine both our mental and physical health will make someone damage themself. Sress can be express in three ways which are physical symptom, feelings and behaviors.
The way you respond to a challenge may also be a type of stress. Part of your response to a challenge is physiological and affects your physical state. Many ways we can used to manage stress. Spending time with family or someone beloved it may help people to decrease their stress it is because they can understand your situation also they are people who very close with you. Sometimes when you with them you will feel more comfortable and make you forget your stress for a while. But some people make wrong decision to manage their stress. They used shortcut ways. As example take drug, it maybe good solution but it have long term effect for health also waste money and time.
Always think positif it also the way to manage stress. Inspiring peoople to elevate our mood or talking with someone. When you share it with someone it can help reduce your stress. you can feel better after share it to people who you trust. It is because when you tell them you feel calm because you was transfered half the stress with them. It will help to lessen the feeling of distress. You can also meet caunselor to motivate yourself.
Other suggestion is searching interesting hobby that you like do it very much. Something that makr you feel enjoy and release your tension. As example jungle trackking,picnic or holiday at other country. It can help to relaxing your mind. When you doing something that enjoyable enough for you, it can make you forget all of your problem. Another example is sports. If you make some exercise it can calm yourself.
However, all of the problem have the soluton. They should develop positif attitude and not crumble under stress. As long as you can manage it properly it may prevent the consequences of having too much stress then we can handle. We should learn to comete with ourselves first before competing with others to avoid stress. Remembered that its better to prevent than to cure.

The Power of Time
What is time? Time is something precious. We can not see and touch some time, but we are aware of its existence. Time able to control the the world. Time is running non-stop. In the event we default we will be left behind by time. Intelligent human beings are human beings who are always racing against time even a second.
Time is gold. Gold is something so expensive. So we must appreciate.Do not waste time because we will fall into the losers. We must use time properly. Time can make people more dicipline in their life. When we talk about time we must know five things that related with time. It is healthy before the sick, young before old, rich before the poor, free before narrow and life before death.
Healthy before sick it mean we must appreciate body very well.when we healthy we can do anything that we want. All of the movement smoothly. We are able to do it by yourself without hope help from others. We can live in happiness and enjoyed. So you must take care of your body. Do excersice,eat balanced diet and dont take any thing can cause you body damage like drug,smoke and alcohol. Then when we sick we cant do anything,all of the things that you want to do have limited. you must eat medicine everyday, always in pain and make people posted see your condition.
Young before old. Nowadays many young people like waste their young age. They always choose to have fun with their friend without think the future. Actually they choose wrong way in their life. When young we must plan to get the better life in future, we must use the time to achieve our ambition. Give the best for yourself and family because when you old you cant do anything. In that time you only can remembered you past life and regret it but you cant rewind the time. At the moment you will be sad because you dont have a lot energy, not active anymore and cant do heavy work.
Other than that, rich before poor.We must be thankful with anything that you have. Many way you can do to show that you thankful example when you have a lot of money you must remember the poor people. You must help them. Use your money in the good ways. dont waste your money. Dont pleased with you wealth.
Free before narrow. It means dont waste your time. Example when your teacher give you an assignment do it early. Dont do it in last minutes it can cause you clumsy do the work and it may cause the work not complete or have many error. Another example dont study last minute, do not like to delay and if you have free time do anything that useful.
The last one is life before death. All people have their own life and all people must be death. So before late we must appreciate life. Make your life have a lot of meaningful. dont waste your life. While we still alive use your time with your beloved person. Achieve want you want and your target. it is because when you death it means all was over.

Second Article Review About Music

I like this article very much because I really like music. Music is important and a love in my life. If I could I would listen to music everywhere. I like to listen to different music and try and appreciate it for what it is, even the songs with screaming instead of singing or relaxing exercise kind of music my mom likes. I have a cousin who likes all the screaming bands along with Beyonce and Mariah Carey, he told me ‘I like good music, so any music good for its genre, I love.’ I found out a few days later that he plays classical guitar. He never tells anyone, I told him that was so cool and I meant it. I’ve never heard of classical guitar, but obviously because people who play are embarrassed and hide it which is sad really that people feel they need to like and play what everybody else does.For me music is one of my life and soul.
A lot of people my age use music to create their identity. Music can really affect your mood. If I’m ever upset or angry about something I will always put my earphones in nice and loud to drain everything out. I take out my emotion by putting the best loudest song on and instead of thinking about why I’m upset I hear the words of the song and say them in my head. Music helps me calm down, relax and realise everything is fine. If my mom wants to set a relaxing mood to read a book or while driving one of the things she will always do is pick a suitable song. In a movie the music editor is very important to create suspense atmosphere or create the setting in to give good impact at movie. Other than that,if have any programme in one ceremony,they need music as entertainment for guests. It can make the event more interesting.Music will express your feelings based what genre of music that you hear.
Learning music takes extreme self-discipline and creativity. It has been shown to raise self-esteem and make society more confident in their abilities. It is an easy outlet to release frustrations to get rid of the burden on your shoulders. It uplifts and motivates the spirit and gives people a more positive outlook on life and situations.

The first impression it is an interesting article. I choose this articles because it remind me about my roommate. She always wake up late to go to the school.Her hair is disheveled and she has sweat stains under her arms everytime arrived at class. By this time, she is in a foul mood and not at her best. The teacher and students she is meeting takes one look and forms an impression of her that is not very favorable. People always laugh and insinuation to her. She don’t have good participate but she is clever girl because she is among the best student at the school.
Most people judge someone based on your appearance, your body language, your demeanor, your mannerisms, and how you are dressed.A person’s outward appearance when you first see them is generally reliable but not always. Actions that have been conducted or spoken upon one’s first meeting are even less reliable. Appearance and actions are the two key aspects of a first impression.A person’s clothing does not always reflect who a person is. A greedy king covered in diamonds and gold is not nobler than the shabby looking, kind hearted peasant.The actions someone performs at first encounter may be nothing more than an act. Some guys will walk up to physically enticing girls and make gestures of kindness but in reality they are bad hearted and cruel.
Only a long made observation can tell whether a person is good or bad. It takes a lifetime of being with someone to know and understand who or what that person is. First impressions are the most unreliable view one can have.For me sometimes first impression is true and sometimes it is wrong.
